The Villa Comunale Giuseppe Garibaldi in Martina Franca, conveniently located just 300 meters from the Park Hotel San Michele, is a charming destination near the city's historic center. Visitors to the area can enjoy a specially curated route featuring the Slow Food Earth Market, known for its rich display of food and wine stands, as well as local artisan products that celebrate the region's cultural and culinary heritage.
Adding to the experience, participants will be greeted with a warm welcome aperitif, showcasing a selection of locally sourced products—a perfect way to immerse oneself in the flavors of Martina Franca while exploring the vibrant offerings of the market.

The picturesque town of Locorotondo, located just 7 kilometers from the Park Hotel San Michele, offers an enchanting excursion. A bus transfer is included, ensuring a convenient journey to this charming destination.
Upon arrival, participants will be guided path through the terraced vineyards to explore the farm’s rows of vines and purchase local wines and traditional products. To enhance the experience, a complimentary glass of wine will be provided during the vineyard tour.
Following this immersive farm visit, participants will have time to freely explore Locorotondo and its captivating villages. Before the evening wraps up, dinner will be served at one of the 14 inviting restaurants hosting the group in Locorotondo—a perfect ending to a day filled with local flavors, scenic beauty, and cultural discovery.

- Wednesday 28 May 2025 – Palazzo Ducale and city center tour, Martina Franca
Following the conclusion of the Workshop, participants will have the opportunity to delve into the rich history and architecture of Martina Franca. Small groups will be led by expert tour guides on an engaging exploration of the city’s historic center.
The tour will highlight the wonders of Martina Franca, including its charming narrow streets, baroque architecture, and iconic landmarks. A key feature of the visit will be the Ducal Palace, a splendid example of 17th-century architecture and a treasure trove of art and history.
