Room contingents have been reserved in three hotels near the venue or centrally located in Berlin. Please note the following information and reservation conditions for the respective hotels.
Relexa Hotel
The Relexa Hotel Berlin is a modern, centrally located hotel within walking distance of Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate.

Thirty standard single rooms (EUR 96/night) and fifty superior single rooms (EUR 106/night) have been reserved. Prices are per room/night and include VAT, a rich breakfast buffet, and free Wi-Fi. City tax will be charged separately.

Hotel Steglitz International
The Steglitz International hotel is located in the Steglitz district in the southwest of the city center and offers good connections to the city center (via metro) and to the conference location via a direct bus service.

50 rooms have been reserved at this hotel (single rooms are available at a price of EUR 115/night and double rooms at a price of EUR 145/night), with the allocation valid until April 19, 2026. Prices are per night and include a business breakfast, Wi-Fi, VAT, and city tax.

Alpinia Landhaus Hotel
The Alpinia Landhaus is a cozy, family-run hotel with traditional Alpine-style furnishings. It is located in Berlin-Mariendorf, close to the event venue.

Thirty rooms have been reserved there until March 2, 2026. Room rates are EUR 119/night. They include a hearty country breakfast, use of the sauna, free Wi-Fi, and the current VAT rate. Parking fees, tourist tax, and other services are charged separately.
