The conference will be organized by the groups of Dr. Isabelle Oswald, Prof. Florence Mathieu and Dr. Mohamed Haddad in cooperation with the Society for Mycotoxin Research.
The Mycotoxin Workshop is one of the oldest mycotoxin meetings worldwide. It originates from small meetings of mycotoxin researchers in Germany starting already in 1979 and has now been established as an annual European meeting since 1997, covering all aspects of mycotoxin research.
Impressions from the 43rd Mycotoxin Workshop
After 2 years of COVID restrictions, with no Mycotoxin Workshop in 2020 and an online only workshop last year, the 43rd Mycotoxin Workshop took place in Toulouse, France. Around 180 scientists from 21 countries met in person, presenting and discussing the latest results of mycotoxin research, presented in 37 lectures and 83 posters. Impressions of the event are also captured on the video.
We cordally thank the organiziers of the Workshop as well as all participants for this great event and are looking forward to the 44th Mycotoxin Workshop, which will take place on June 5–7, 2023, in Hannover, Germany
